I'm having that issue with my new Resmed S9. I live right on the coast and this unit has climate control that detects humidity in your environment. There is no way to turn it off or adjust it. I have 2 new humidifiers and neither are heating up. I am now waiting for a new hose that heats up to see if that can resolve the issue. At this point I cannot use my CPAP until the issue is resolved. Frustrating!
