Note that I took this CPAP on that trip. It is just about half the size of the other, so I really wanted to take this one. Also, there was at least one power outage, so the battery backup kicked in.

The machine worked fine, though I did need to up the pressure manually at some of the higher elevations. This was not in the U.S., so the law that would prohibit that was not at issue.

The one problem was that the integrated heated humidifier did not work at some of the higher elevations.
