What were the results of your multiple sleep latency test (MSLT)? If you can hit phase two REM sleep in less than 10 minutes it could be narcolepsy. Hit phase two non-REM in less than 10 minutes and it is probably idiopathic hyper somnolence. These diagnoses usually lead to a prescription for Ritalin. If the MSLT were normal, then it probably is diagnosed as depression. So, see a few good doctors and get some second and third opinions. Not a good thing to pass out from a narcoleptic event because you were on an anti-depressant and not on an upper. No reason to be zonked on anti-depressants if you're too tired to enjoy them. Pick your poisons carefully.

Now, where did Alice leave that bottle?
