That's a tough one. Just totally guessing I would think the oxygen levels being higher could have something to do with it. I would think more in line would be blood pressure being in the normal range.

I do know for some people as they get older their eyes get better. However I know about how old you are and you are a long way off from that.

I will keep your question in mind during my research. If I come up with something I will let you know.
