Frank do you have a heated humidifier? Unless you live in a warm climate, the advent of cool weather and the heat coming on in your house can cause nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, etc. It did for me last year until I got a heated in-line humidifier to attach to the CPAP hose.

This is the "cure" for most people with this problem.
