Kenny- I have been on a c'pap/bi'pap machine on and off for the last 8 years.I am also a heart patient with edema that comes and goes but is related to my heart problems, not being on the machine. but i have never had high blood pressure.I think a lot of these problems are related to the individual and even in some cases age rather than to a group(machine users) as a whole.John
