I've got the Devilbiss auto-adjust, and I think it's a wonder. So much data from just a hose! I use it with both pillows and a mask; I think the pillows work best. As far as the data storage, you can adjust whether you want it to store 6 nights of detailed hour-by-hour profiles, or by storing less nights of detailed profiles you can store more nights of general data; up to a month, maybe more (I've only looked at the software 3 times). It's supposed to be so good at auto-titrating, the RT that set the machine for me (before I got the software), said I could have use it at it's default setting of 3-20 and it would have been fine. I've noticed it never hits my low setting of 9, so I'm thinking about setting the low end even lower so I have less of a "wind" before I go to sleep. Like your post says, you can set the time before its leaves the minimum setting and starts titrating from 10 minutes to 4 hours; in 10 minute increments. Also, it's never woke me up (the mask has though!).

I've only been on CPAP for 5 weeks, and this is my first machine. The research I did confirmed everything in your post. I have seen it online for as little as $850, but I don't know if they'll supply the software. My supplier had Sunrise send it straght to me; so I don't think there's a hangup with Sunrise sending the software to the end user, as long as it okay with the supplier.

If you can't find a local supplier, find a Home Healthcare equipment supplier (wheelchairs, etc), that carries Sunrise. They should be able to get it for you; just make sure they get the software at the same time.

Have a great night!
