I use Cpap and have severe back as well as neck pain. The first thing is to make sure you have a good bed (I have a firm mattress with pillow top) I also use several pillow so that I am in a sitting/reclining position with pillows on either side to support my arms. I also take Advil before bed.
My CPAP is on a table next to the bed so I have easy access to switch on and off.
There is a post on this Forum (18) that has a URL address. It has pictures of how someone has there CPAP set up. Looks like this also might help. I myself have my Brother-in-Law looking at this so he could do something similar for me.
