Thanks for the post, Judy. I already have the cream, prescribed by my doctor, but I haven't been using it. It seemed like just one more thing in an unending list of things to do every day. It's definitely natural progesterone that I have - I have to have the prescription made up specially, and there are only a few drug stores that will do it. I asked my doctor about the natural progesterone creams from wild yams that are available without prescription in health food stores, and she said not to bother with them as the strength and quality of the ingredients were unreliable. As she is very much in favor of natural remedies, I took her advice. As I have had a hysterectomy, my docotor prescribed that I use one teaspoon of the cream every night and morning, continuously. I'll start using it immediately and let you know what happens. Thanks again.
