I am not Jo but I believe I can answer your question in case Jo is not on line at the moment.
Ralph Pascualy, M.D. is the Medical Director of Providence Sleep Disorders Center of Seattle.
He also has wrote a good book with Sally Warren Soest.
"Snoring and Sleep Apnea: Personal and Family Guide to Diagnosis and Treatment".
