A Lower Titration is Better

Posted by Lawrence on November 13, 1999 at 11:50:05:

I have found that I can bet a better sleep by lowering the titration level from 11 where I was told to keep it to 6. It is easier to sleep with this amount of pressure and my nose doesnt get stuffy, etc. I suggest that many patients have their titrations levels set to high by their doctors who have not experienced what the patient goes through and who are over prescribing.
