I urge you to be persistent with your physician. You should not feel tired all the time or even often. If apnea has been eliminated as the cause, something else is going on.

How long ago were the surgeries? How long ago was the follow-up study? There's plenty of evidence that apneas can return after surgery (though I think it's usually a matter of a couple years, not months).

My main message, though, is not just to accept it, but to insist that they check all possibilities until a cause is found.
