Don't know anymore

I am diagonosed with severe OSA (I don't know the # of apneas/night.) I resarted using my CPAP 3 nights ago. I stopped using it last April, becuse the CPAP stopped being effective. I moved from a tiny isolated town (1,900 pop.)to a city (1000,000 pop.) after being laid off 2 months ago. I have used individual couseling, self help groups and subliminal tapes to combat depression aneiety, panic and social withdrawl for 30 years.

I am currently haveing mood swings and trouble controling my temper. I have had bad experiences with sleep doctors and I don't trust them. I don't know if I have mental health problems or OSA problems.

If someone has insights into these problems please post them.
