Alert Bracelet or Necklace

I don't know if anyone has ever mentioned that you can get a alert bracelet or necklace. I have wondered if something happened and I had to go to the hospital without family around. I know you can get the alert bracelet or necklace if you join The American Sleep Apnea Association. Become a member and receive news letters, etc.
