Russ,
I am so sorry for your loss. My mother in law died a few months back rather suddenly after she was operated on for lung cancer and even though we knew it was a risky surgery it still was a shock because she did so well at first then she died. My husband feels like there is someone at the hospital who is responsible for her death and
is constantly looking for answers too. So I really feel for you and your need for knowing what really happened to him.
