There should have been a difference by now

You should probably feel some difference by now, assuming that there's no other reason for feeling tired. Maybe you're losing air from your mouth, making CPAP ineffective. If this is happening, your mouth would be very dry when you wake up. Also, maybe your pressure isn't high enough. You should probably see your doctor and discuss the situation with him. MHAM
