I totally agree with MHAM. Lee, did your sleep doc plan for a follow-up visit? Often they'll ask the first-time CPAP user to come in after a month or so, see how they're adjusting to the CPAP. I also had some problems the first month, complained about this to my sleep doc, was retitrated, and they found that my pressure requirements were significantly higher. (I only slept for 2 hours during the first titration and so they had to base my pressure on this minimal data.). This change in pressure made a big difference, to say the least. Probably worth scheduling a followup visit with your sleep doc sometime soon.
