The last one that is. I would think that the reason most people might want a Smart CPAP is because its ability to respond to nightly, positional or seasonal increases and/or decreases in pressure requirements. I would think that all the data it collects would be very useful to a doctor overseeing treatment - data that otherwise can only be collected in costly overnight studies.
