Earlier on this forum site, a widow's post described the death of her husband following multiple OSA surgeries. (combination similar to the grooup which you mentioned.)
The originators of staged surgeries do not, and have not done UPPP, hyoid and genioglossus advancement and oral/maxillofacial advancent at the same time.

In fact the surgeon (Dr.Robert Riley) CHANGES THE BANDAGES HIMSELF.

I have had all three (geniogloss alone, no hyoid) surgeries, but at separate times.

It sounds to me that the doctor wants to minimize his time in the operating room while maximizing his income.

Please proceed cautiously and expeditiously.
