Chuck , I would be dead by know if i hadn't taken some control over my medical problems. With some "background knowledge" a person in conjunction with his doctor can be way ahead of the game. Before my heart attack i saw my EX cardiologist two days before. The day before i saw my doctor.Neither one saw any problems on a electrocardiogram machine but i sure knew it and knew exackly what was happing at 2 AM the next morning.I for one am not going to hand a blank check to anyone when my health depends on it.Of course the key is to get the education on your condition and know how to deal with it.Any yes i still see my doctor as needed.John
