Hello SS,
Yes OSA contributes to depression. 13 months ago I went through a bad seige of depression. Since then I've gotten a CPAP set-up and I'm getting oxygen like I have never had before in my whole life. When you are starved of REM it leads to an imbalance of serotonin level which affects how you feel. My psychiatrist verified it for me and agrees that more oxygen definately helps reduce depression. I'll pray that you keep the CPAP cranked up and give it your best. YOU CAN FEEL BETTER. If I can do it, anyone can. I'm one of the older dogs in the network.
God Bless,

Roy
