I'm sorta "glad" it was your DME (home health care provider) that said this and not your sleep doc or a sleep tech. You would have been in serious trouble then....;-> :-0 ;-> :-0 Me thinks you're DME has his information kinda backwards. Lot's of folks seem to have switched to the pillows when they find out the pillows might maintain a better seal than their nasal masks, especially at higher pressure levels. I hear this said quite often in the various sleep forums. (I also have several different nasal masks, and couple of nasal pillow setups, and I have to agree to the same. Maybe it's just the weird shape of my head ;-> but at the least, it seems alot EASIER to create a nice seal with the pillows. I always had to rig an extra elastic band or support around my head and the various masks I own in order to create a tighter seal. Don't really have to do that with the pillows...
