as you can see from everyone here this is a great place for support, emotionally and practical. I was giving up on cpap until I got advice about appropriate masks and settings. It's been better. I'm adjusting to the full face mask but it's starting. It's frutrating and tiring, especially when you feel too tired to keep working at it but it is great when you get decent sleep. The good thing about this forem is that everyone here has a real understanding about how devastating this can be. I now feel less like crying and when I'm stressed I check out this site. I changed doctors and found a helpful and sympathetic one. He's a pulmonary doctor who has helped set me up with a good ENT. Having someone take you seriously is more important than anything. Please hang in there and write back so we can come up with some helpful suggestions. Some of the people on this site have been really knowledgeable and helpful. Check out mile high air mans web site. You may have come across many people who don't care or understand but there are some of us who do....sue
