Hi Amy & Hubby, Well not much more to add to the others but I have Blue Cross Prudent buyers and in three month I havent gotten a bill. They have called because I requested another type of mask but haven't heard from them again. I haven't gotten anything except I had to buy my mask I have now cause DME says Blue Cross wouldn't buy it yet. Well, I didn't want to wait so I brought it. I was having problems like Roy mentioned, red nose and all. There are so many things to learn and thank goodness we have each other here. So try and get your husband to read or tell him everything you learn. It's very important to learn as much as you can. I'll let you know about the insurance company and what I find out. I do believe she told me they would rent it at 80% til it at purchase price. By the way my mask I will bill the insurance company myself and get my money back. I think the DME company is pulling my leg...Good luck and keep us informed...Patti
