I have had UPPP, jaw advancement and genioglossus advancement. They have helped, but I still have problems sleeping. Once I get my computer fixed up I will try to fine tune an auto-PAP.

In th meantime I do some exercises which have helped.

May I recommend that CPAP be started and learn a large amount more about sleep apnea.
(And then learn still more.)

Hope that a viable non-xPAP (The 'x' stands for 'C', 'Bi' or 'auto') treatment is found in a year or two.
