Hi Pete C.,
The only way I've been able to keep the nasal airways operating effectively after 40 plus years of nasty sinus drainage etc. is via the heated humidifier on my CPAP. It might be worth a shot at it to try, by renting a CPAP unit with a heated humidifier for a month or so to see if you get the same kind of good result. Who knows it might even help. Good Luck,
