web page updated to include strap model number

I revised my web page to list the exact model number of the strap.

If you haven't already done this, try completely disassembling the hose swivel assembly, including removing it from the mask, opening the anti-asphyxia valve chamber, and removing the clip that holds the inlet fitting on the assembly. The wash everything in warm soapy water. Look at the directions and observe this process carefully as getting this reassembled is tricky, particularly getting the anti-asphyxia valve membrane back in correctly. MHAM
