Good Knight 418G for $100 per Month

Got my new machine with a Mirage Mask and was wondering if I am getting overcharged. Since I am self-employed and insured thru Golden Rule - they said DME is NOT covered !
So I am paying out-of-pocket, the machine is very large and bulky and a little noisy. How does this machine compare versus others in size and noise, and price ?
FYI - I am going to try this for a couple of months, then decide whether to get my tonsils/UP3 done or buy the machine.
