Nasal pillow pressure at 16/12 BiPAP working well

Tolerance and preference differ among individuals, but the many posters are correct in that a number of us use nasal pillows at higher pressures without major problems. Most DME personnel are not apnea sufferers and have not personally verified the "truths" they espouse. Best always.
