If your doctor NEVER PRESCRIBED a concentrator for you, then the DME is breaking the law by dispensing without a prescription. If you get any bill for the concentrator, ask them to prove that your doctor even ordered it. Otherwise you don't owe them a dime no matter how long you had this concentrator.
