I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in May. I was still tired all of the time when I went back to the doctor in December (I had called and told the office in Sept. that I was still tired and they said give it a few more months). The doctor then diagnosed me with Narcolepsy. I have been taking provigil for 1 1/2 months and I still feel the same. The next step is Ritalin. I have a prescription for migrane headaches also and my sleep doctor told me I would have to find something else to take because the headache medicine would make me sleepy and that is not "good medicine". I feel the same way you do and I don't know if it is going to get any better.
