My pressure was titrated at 9, and I know that wasn't high enough as I would catch myself snoring as I was drifting to sleep, waking myself abruptly as I knew this wasn't supposed to be happening. I've now got my autopap set at a minimum of 11, and it goes up and down between 11 and 14 all night.

Loss of air through the mouth very frequently occurs without mouth breathing. That is, even though there is no oral inhalation, air can be steadily flowing out of the mouth or from between the lips, and as has been pointed out you may be sleeping right through this as it occurs. It has also been pointed out that if this is occurring, it is likely that your mouth will be very dry when you awaken in the morning. MHAM
