The month before I had the sleep study done in Oct. my md. did order the concentrator just to use cause my 02 level was very low. But in Nov. when I got the cpap machine the DME said I had to use both. NOT! So ever since then I can't get them to pick it up. So today I called the ins. co. and they couldn't believe it. She said the lady I needed to talk to was gone til tuesday and that she would call me...I want that picked up and DME lied to me about all this and I will talk with them tomorrow. So I'll let you know...I also am not happy cause I asked Blue Cross how much they would pay for the cpap and she said up to $1000.
I got a cheap one for a few hundred dollars and now I want what is do to me. I have a Horizon LT.
I will have to talk to Blue Cross next week and check this all out first. Patti
