It's called Somnoplasty. Do a search of the archived forums using this word. Also use a search engine to find spots on the web that discuss it.

It is a relatively new procedure. It seems to work well on some snoring issues, and perhaps less reliably (or so I read) on OSA. But I hasten to add that it does work for many people, especially those with very mild OSA. Be sure to read up on it before you do it because there are lots of promises out there about its effectiveness. Alas, it ain't no miracle cure -- and you don't want to be some ENT's guinea pig.
