I think this forum is educational for me in more ways than one. I couldn't remember how many pounds equal one killogram, so I had to look it up...
1 killogram equals 2.2 pounds.

When I had my surgery last year, I lost 20 pounds (9.1kgs), just as you have. You may end up losing more since you are only on your seventh day. It is amazing what a diet of jello, popsicles, tea, soup, and scrambled eggs will do! Since that time, I have regained 5 pounds. I think if a person sticks to a balanced diet and exercise, the weight does not have to come back.

You are over the worst days, so it is all downhill from now on! Hang in there!
