Hi Julia,
I use a kitchen sink half full of warm water with a squirt of mild detergent soap 6 days a week. I put everything but the head gear in. On the seventh day I use one cup of vinegar in the water and no soap. Each day I soak things about 30 minutes before setting out to dry.
Each night I put one drop of grapefruit seed extract in the humidifier canister before filling with distilled water. So far so good.
Hope this helps. Roy
