You should have said it was because insurance refuses to buy the proper equipment to make it easier to use. It would be much more cost effective for them to pay just $200 more and automatically provide a heated humidifier with each and every CPAP machine rather than spend thousands of dollars processing requests, appeals, denials, fighting with upset patients and our doctors. It's like providing you with a windows computer without a mouse or modem!!!
