Julia-The awful truth is i wash my mask and headgear in the bathroom sink with whatever soap is handy, pat the works with a clean towel to dry off water and hang the works on the shower curtain rod to dry out to use again that night.I do this about twice a week. The hoses, i disconect from the humitifier and hook to the machine for about ten min. to everate any moisture and put them away. I wash them about once a month.John
