The Horizon Auto-Adjust LT does not use the old way (vibration) to detect apnea, hypopnea and snores. It uses flow detection, which is compatible with all masks. A lot of people in the medical profession are not aware of the technology behind this machine, and frequently confuse it with the Horizon Auto-Adjust (not LT), which has been around for a while. This machine also travels well, can be used with a humidifier, and adjusts automatically to altitude. Search this forum below for for a couple of areas that review this wonderful machine in great detail.
