Thanks for your reply. I have upper airway resistance syndrome, which is a form of sleep
apnea where the upper airaway colllapes during sleep, hence the surgery to help me use
the cpap more effectively. Intubation is done to assist breathing during surgery, where
they put a tube down the airway. This was difficult, resulting in inflammation and swelling
beyond what is normal. That's me... Thanks for the ice tip, have beentrying to figure out a
way to use it w/o additional pressure, as my nose is very sensitive. I appeciate your info,
onward...
