I think you will find most, if not all, CPAP units have their fans.

In my case, I recommend the Sullivan V Elite. It seems reliable and it is fairly quiet, lightweight and portable. If you travel, it has automatic altitude compensation and it works on 110 & 220 volts. I have no complaints about this machine.
