. . . including doctors! For instance, if somebody keeps falling asleep on the job, an informed boss or personnel director could refer this person to a sleep center, instead of viewing the employee as "lazy," "drunk," "on drugs," or "having an attitude problem."

The same goes for doctors when patients complain of tiredness.
