Sorry to hear that. I assume that you're trying to say that as a result of long term untreated OSA, your physical condition is so tenuous, that you don't have much longer to live. There, but for the grace of God, go I (and within the next 5 years). You have my sincerest sympathy.

Perhaps, what you could't achieve in life, you'll be able to achieve in death.
