Those cases are not insane, it is fraud; they pretend to give you a "benefit" and in reality you are paying for everything. But in my case the apnea specialist at the sleep clinic did not prescribe a humidifier and so it was not provided; he did not prescribe because I did not complain about dryness the night of the sleep test. That would only have come after several nights. Every patient who comes to the sleep clinic is at the mercy of those in charge since he has little information to go on and only his own experience.
