It does take adjustments. I finally have the medicines worked out since I am being treated for asthma. I just get short of breath without wheezing but it's triggered by the apnea. So the flonase for my nasal congestion helps and two inhalers. It takes several weeks for nasal steroids to start working. I did have my nasal turbinates cauterized which is fairly mild surgery but really opened my airways. I also started using the full face mask. The other one was resting against the bridge of my nose and cutting off the airway. As you can see there's a bit of trial and error to see what works for you. Don't give up. This week I'm feeling better. I just got my mask on Monday and am feeling great...sue
