Do you snore? Most the time with obstructive sleep apnea you get some loud snoring. There are many sleep disorders. You need to see a good internest that understands sleep (mine is a pulmonary doc which would be helpful if you feel theres breathing problems). Look for ones board certified in sleep. Check out the descriptions of the different problems at the beginning of this web site. I know it's hard to do much research when you're so tired. I was able to sleep but after 10 hours I was still exhausted, that's when I knew the sleep I got was abnormal, plus my husband went to the other room because my snoring was so loud, and my 8 year old said "mommy you have a repeating pattern when you snore", and preceded to demonstrate loud snoring with stopping in between....sue
