There's an excellent book about OSA titled "Phantom of the Night". It's illustrated and a fairly easy read, and has the basic information you need all in one place and well organized. If it's not in your local library, you can purchase it from a vendor on the Sleep Mall, or search the web for other sellers. It's a little expensive ($30.00), but it's worth the money. MHAM
