Thanks all for responding. My sense of smell is starting to return, and with it, my taste and love for chocolate. And yet, it's only at 50%.

I have a theory that my recent chocolate cravings are more about testing than wanting. It's a bit disatisfying to nibble good quality chocolate and not be able to have the full effect.

A few of you have posted earlier that the senses come and go. It's quite funny when they do pop up. Strangely, I was sitting in a public area when I smelled a rather over-cologned man passing by-- it was like having the powers of a dog to be able to smell at that level which made me nearly faint. At first I was angry but then realized that it was quite a gift to be smelling.

Thanks again.
