any NEGATIVES about a full-face mask?

Posted by Don Bradley (seattle) on February05, 2000 at 14:49:07:

Does anyone have any bad experiences at all to report about having used a "full-face" mask that covered both nose and mouth for a cpap/bpap machine?
I have been using cpap at 20 inches, but I am NOT improving and am not sleeping well. A chin strap seems to have helped a bit, but not much. I am ready to try a full face mask, but I just want to hear from others if there are any negative things to consider.
