For the air pressure problem, read my posted message 2/5/2000 " Mask comfort suggestions and ramp settings". The ramp setting may be your problem??? You didn't say what kind of equipment you are using. It's helpful when you ask a question here to state what you use. I'm new to CPAP use too. Good Luck
